- I have an MA in Counseling from Montclair State University. I own an HR Consulting & Training business. My firm is registered as a certified SBE with the State of CA and I am certified as a WMBE with the Supplier Clearinghouse. In addition, I am the internal HR Consultant/Mgr with the LA Daily News.
My hobbies are watching old movies from the 1940's and I also enjoy horror movies. I love going to plays and museums. Love to travel and meet new people and experience life to the fullest.

- Employee Engagement and Retention in a declining market (i.e newspaper industry)
